Letter to you, my dear.

Sometimes we meet in heaven, sometimes we meet in hell;

But now, my dear, I look around, and it’s so hard to tell.

I tore my horns and broke my wings,

To hear your voice, the way it sings.

I put my soul in flesh and bone,

So you’ll not walk this Earth alone.

I bound my spirit to this plane.

I’m now mortal, I feel pain.

Another time. I’ll try again…

Another time. I’ll try again!

Hold my hand, you are my friend.

We’re in this both, until the end.

I walk with God, I look inside.

Shining bright, nothing to hide.

I visit Satan, he’s alone.

I see the hidden, the untold.

Oh my dear, so brave and bold.

Don’t close your eyes; just try behold:

From mount Kailash we watch the world,

We soar the skies, the lands uncurled.

Hold my hand, just trust in me,

Dive in darkness and you’ll see:

Sometimes we meet in heaven, sometimes we meet in hell;

But now, my dear, I look around, and it’s so clear to tell.

I am you and you are me, and this is how it ought to be.

The light outside: it cease to be! The light inside will set us free.

Inside ourselves, heaven meets, Satan’s hell and births the seeds,

That grow forests, spring our deeds; our desires and our needs.

Beauty comes through shape and form, both the haloed and the horned.

Both the body and the soul; with the spirit are adorned!

Oh my dear, so brave and bold!

Don’t forget. We are the world.
